Description:
Robot Cut & Patch Repair Squashed 150mm PVC Stormwater Pipe (under new concrete carpark).
- 150mm PVC stormwater was completely squashed flat (possibly run over by a machine during construction).
- Robot cut out squashed & broken 150mm PVC (about 1m long) via driveway pit to save disturbing new downpipes and concrete.
- Clean & remove debris
- Scour PVC ready for patching
- Install 2m x 150mm glass resin-infused glass-structural liner
Customer has full use of the stormwater drainage system immediately upon completion without any damage to the new carpark, whatsoever.

The severity of the damage and completing all works from a single access point.
Having to access through a drainage pit, then a 90 degree bend, 10m from the break, meant the process of first robotic cutting and then removing the robot to allow vacuum in to clean, then back again to cutting with robot, had to be repeated many times to clear the path.
