Challenges:
- Deep sewer repair in rocky ground – the worst damage was over 2.5m vertical depth.
- The area was too tight for excavator access for dig-up option.
- Badly broken earthenware pipe in several places (the worst is shown in our image gallery).
- We installed a 2.1m x 100mm resin infused patch liner to completely repair the breaks.
- While that patch was setting our guys then found another break the owner’s were not aware of, they gained approval there and then to install another patch… all done before 3pm!
